Up 3.0 cents in Zone 2. Mr. Magoo is still doing it to us, I guess.

C-H and CBC are both guessing the price will rise by 2 cents tonight. Is the fizzled Rocket still throwing that dart?

Unchanged, but gave the Needs Berwick outlet an opportunity to bump their price from the minimum to the maximum allowed by law, thus effectively raising their price by 1.7 cents a liter. Thanks, Sobey's.

C-H is guessing up 1.0 cents, CBC is guessing down 0.5 cents. After reading the lead article in the Herald today, I'm not guessing anymore. I now know it is a political price that is set. Imagine my surprise...

Yep, Up 2.1 cents in Zone 2. I like the leader who says he'll end the price fixing. Hope he does a better job with his promise than the last one did with his Sunday shopping promises!

Minimum price now 101.5, not as bad as predicted by the C-H, but still bad.
Back over the dollar mark, here we go again.

Quite a split this week - CBC says up 1 cent, C-H says up 5 cents. Memorial Day weekend south of the border?? That shouldn't affect us, but Rocket Rodney insisted on tying us to the New York price...

britbiker... Short answer - cost of distribution. Costs more to get the product to Sydney than it does to get it to Lower Sackville.

What I want to know is why all the different prices everwhere. If it supposed to be a regulated price why isn't the same price in all locations.

Up 3.1 cents in Zone 2. The 'not a factor' party says "We'll kill the price fixing, and let the market decide." What a concept!

Must be a long weekend coming - CBC says up 1.5 cents, C-H says up 2.5 cents. I says - Rocket Rodney's chance of re-election is inversely proportional to the price of gas...

Actual change - up 1.9/2.0 cents in Zone 2. My only explanation is the good weather being forecast for this weekend, must have created a desire by the price fixers to keep us off the roads and therefore safer. Yeah, that must be it...

CBC thinks we are paying the right amount, so no change is forecast. The C-H feels we are paying 2 cents too much, and is forecasting a drop of 2 cents tonight.

The jury's back. In zone 2, the price went up by 2.8/2.7 cents a liter. The net change in the last 10 weeks has seen the price go up by 3.7 cents, yet we have a new price every week.

C-H says they will tinker it up by 2 cents, while the CBC says it will be up a gouging 3.3 cents. Why? Because they can. And the Gummint is playing the 'Big Oil' game.

Steve Proctor's been absent online for 2 of the past 3 weeks (the guess wasn't updated), and I get the feeling that the (paper version) C-H guess was "Unchanged" because nobody put in the effort to research the possible rise or drop. WTF??

Both the CBC and the C-H are forecasting a three cent drop this evening. Should be easy enough to forecast, with the unjustified raise in price last week.

Up 6.8 cents. Anyone know why? Other than market manipulation from the greedy? C-H was closest, and the CBC upped its guess from 5 to 6 cents between Wednesday and Thursday.
